STRYNER Companion

You can request deletion of your STRYNER account and all associated data at any time, directly and without reinstalling the app.

How to request deletion

Send an email from the address associated with your account to:

Request deletion by email

Please include your STRYNER account identifier so we can locate and remove the correct account. If you do not have it to hand, email us anyway and we will help you verify your account.

What gets deleted

Your STRYNER account identifier and Telegram username
Your sync token
Your verified step records
Your wallet address, if you connected one
Your referral code and referral connections
Your challenge participation history
Your XP and streak data

What remains temporarily

System logs held by our hosting provider expire automatically within 7 days. They contain internal identifiers only, with no username or full wallet address.

How long it takes

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of receipt.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We process deletion requests within 30 days.

We do not retain personal data after deletion, except where we are required to keep limited records for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes, in which case such data is kept only for as long as legally required.
